Following Jesus makes you different. That difference most commonly and brilliantly shows up when life gets hard.

This week, we will be studying 1 Peter 2:13-25 under the theme “What If They’re Wrong…but Still In Charge?” It’s hard enough to respect authority when leaders are wise and fair. But what about when they aren’t? Peter speaks to that tension honestly and points us to Jesus, who suffered injustice without retaliation, bore our sins in his body, and frees us to keep doing good when doing good feels unfair.
