Everybody's looking for it, and no one will find it in the things of this world. Peace in the heart. In the evening of that first Easter Day, the risen Lord Jesus came to his fearful disciples and calmed their troubled hearts with the peace only he can give. Peace in the human heart happens when it receives the forgiveness of sins confirmed by Christ's resurrection from the dead. Jesus didn’t just give that peace to his disciples, but he also commissioned us to announce it to the world.
